ActivePort Portal Upgrade will only prevent access to the portal. There will be no impact to the data plane during this upgrade. The plan upgrade will be schedule for Tuesday morning at 4:30AM (GMT+8), for a window period of 60 minutes, downtime around 10 minutes.
